Once a term Botany P&C runs a working bee to help with the upkeep of the school grounds. These are usually held on a weekend. We pull weeds, lay mulch, plant plants, remove litter, water and generally maintain the gardens. Working bees will be advertised through the bulletin, assembly announcements and the P&C Facebook page when they are scheduled.
You don’t need any gardening experience to help out and students can come along too and lend a hand. Bring water, a hat, sunscreen and gloves if you have them. We will provide tools and guidance on the day.
