What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
We add names and email addresses to our P&C mailing list when you contact us through a contact form. You can ask to unsubscribe to this list by email and we will completely delete all your details.
We use a spam filtering service called Akismet on emails sent through our contact form. The key points of Akismet’s Privacy Policy are:
… only the personal data needed to carry out Akismet’s core function of protecting your site against comment spam is collected from commenters on your site. We do not sell the data you send to the Akismet service, and we do not keep it for long. We have short retention periods of between two weeks and ninety days for the vast majority of our spam-related data, at which point it is automatically deleted from our databases.

Cookies
If you edit or publish an article, a cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

This site doesn’t use any analytics.
Photos
In the interests of safety and privacy, we try not to take identifiable photos of students at the school unless their parents allow them to be in the photo. This means we might take a photo of lots of kids from a fair distance or from an unidentifiable angle. We also don’t name students in photos.
If you see a photo that you are not happy with, please contact us and we will remove it.
Who we share your data with
We use Akismet as a spam protection service for emails.
How long we retain your data
We retain your name and email address forever unless you ask to unsubscribe from our mailing list. When that happens we delete all details about you permanently.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
