P&C Meetings

General Meetings

Twice a term P&C meetings are held in the school library, on Tuesdays at 7pm, in the 3rd and 8th week of term.

Come and join us to hear what’s going on in the school, have your say and support our kids.

All are welcome to attend. You can bring your children if you need to.

A typical meeting includes:

  • The Principal’s Report, which contains news about upcoming events, school upgrades, teacher professional development, curriculum changes, etc.
  • Organisation for both fundraising and school events is often sketched out at meetings and people can put their hand up to help if able.
  • Discussion about what to do with funds raised.
  • Grant application opportunities and P&C correspondence.

Please forward any agenda items by Thursday the week before the meeting to botanypublicschool@pandcaffiliate.org.au
